- Job Title: Physical Therapist- PT
- Location: Must be willing to travel/Relocate to Chicago Heights, IL
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)
- Shift: Day Shift | 8 hrs
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay:
- Weekly gross (travelers): $2,370/week (including stipends)
- Local pay rate: $53/hour
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license of IL
- BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross
- Recent physical therapy experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
