Position Summary: Warming Trends is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Englewood team. This role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe handling of products moving into and out of our facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right the first time. This position plays a critical role in protecting product quality, meeting shipment deadlines, and supporting a smooth flow between manufacturing, shipping, and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
· Receive, verify, and record incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Prepare items for delivery, including building custom pallets/crates with power tools and securely packaging products.
· Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
· Verify packing lists and documentation for accuracy.
· Track and route inbound inventory to proper storage locations within the facility.
· Notify billing department of any back ordered items before shipment.
· Notify customer service representatives of shipment info including tracking numbers and orders ready for pick up.
· Follow established shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures.
· Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, providing flexibility and cross-team support. Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
About You: You are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through. You’re reliable, show up on time, and understand how your work impacts the rest of the team and the customer. You work well independently and manage your responsibilities without constant oversight. You prefer hands-on work and are comfortable being on your feet throughout the day.
Qualifications:
· Prior warehouse experience (1–3 years in shipping/receiving environments).
· Familiarity with hand tools and ability to safely operate basic equipment.
· Ability to read and follow written instructions, including packing lists, for packing and shipping.
· Able to lift up to 50lbs and remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible to assist where needed.
Starting Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour with discretionary annual bonus

Schedule: Monday – Friday. Standard shift runs from 7:00am to 3:30pm MT (occasional overtime during peak summer season)
