Perform vehicle repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, engine, transmission, and air conditioning systems.

Perform maintenance services and warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.

Conduct road tests when necessary to verify repairs and diagnose concerns.

Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools efficiently.

Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors.

Complete repair orders accurately and within established time guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Stay current with Subaru technology and repair procedures through ongoing training.
We're looking for technicians who are:

Passionate about automotive repair and quality workmanship.

Graduates of an automotive technical or vocational training program.

Experienced in automotive repair (dealership experience preferred but not required).

ASE Certified or willing to obtain certifications.

Skilled in diagnosing mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.

Comfortable using computerized diagnostic equipment.

Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting abilities.

Team players who communicate effectively with coworkers and Service Advisors.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to continuous learning.

Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.
