Responsibilities
- Monitor injection molding processes to ensure quality and production requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot molding and quality issues and make process adjustments as needed.
- Verify machine parameters against approved process sheets and production standards.
- Monitor cycle times, machine performance, and part quality to reduce scrap and downtime.
- Complete First Article Inspections (FAIs) and process documentation.
- Verify materials, colorants, and finished parts meet specifications.
- Support production teams in resolving process and equipment issues.
- Monitor robotic systems and identify when corrective action is needed.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Injection Mold Process Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and adjusting injection molding processes.
- Experience with hot runner molds, including valve gate systems.
- Understanding of valve gate hot runner operation and mechanics.
- Experience working with multi-cavity injection molds.
- Knowledge of velocity, transfer position, pack, and hold settings.
- Ability to follow process sheets, recipes, and quality documentation.
- Experience working with a variety of injection molding machine sizes and controls.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with automated equipment or robotics preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $42/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits

- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
