Position: Worship Leader, Singer & Musician
Expected Hours: 5-15 Hours per Week
Pay: $16-35/Hour
Description: Responsibilities:
- Lead and orchestrate captivating worship services, curating a blend of music, guiding congregational participation, and orchestrating collaborations with fellow musicians and vocalists.
- Craft and rehearse musical selections with precision and passion, elevating the worship experience to new heights of excellence.
- Cultivate a community of musicians and vocalists, nurturing their talents and faith journeys so that they can blossom within our worship ministry.
- Collaborate closely with our pastor and leadership team, shaping worship services that resonate with our church's vision and mission.
- Foster clear communication and direction within the worship team, fostering an environment of unity and purpose.
- Provide steadfast leadership during rehearsals and services, infusing every moment with a spirit of reverence and awe.
Requirements:
- Proficient musicality, adept at leading congregational singing, and skilled in playing instruments such as piano, keyboard, or guitar.
- Proven track record of leading worship in a church or similar setting, with a knack for captivating audiences and facilitating transformative worship experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to inspire and connect with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess, capable of motivating and empowering others to unlock their full potential.
- Deep appreciation for various worship music styles and a discerning eye for selecting songs that resonate with different congregational needs.
- A profound understanding of worship's pivotal role in church life, coupled with an unwavering zeal for leading others into profound encounters with the divine.
