What You’ll Do

Assist with preventative maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment

Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues

Perform repairs and adjustments to manufacturing equipment and building systems

Support equipment installations, moves, and facility improvement projects

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Complete basic facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, and carpentry

Accurately document maintenance activities and report equipment concerns

Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing training

Work Environment
This position is on-site in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama within a manufacturing environment. Work involves standing, walking, lifting, and using tools and equipment throughout the shift.
Schedule will be determined based on business needs, with overtime as required.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications

Vocational or technical training in maintenance, HVAC, or a related field
