Role Overview:
We're looking for a creative, self-directed content creator to shoot and produce short-form house tours and property walkthroughs on location. You'll capture vertical video and lifestyle content that we publish across Instagram and other channels. This is a great fit for videographers, aspiring real estate content creators, and anyone who shoots clean, fast-paced social video.
What you'll do:
- Film short-form house tours and property walkthroughs on location (vertical / 9:16)
- Capture supporting lifestyle and neighborhood B-roll
- Light editing and quick turnaround of clips for Reels / TikTok
- Coordinate shoot timing around property access
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated short-form / vertical video experience (portfolio or reel required)
- Comfortable shooting on a phone or mirrorless / DSLR with a gimbal
- Strong sense of pacing, framing, and trending social formats
- Reliable, self-directed, and quick to turn footage around
- Based in or able to travel within the Northern Virginia / DMV area
- Reliable transportation to property locations
Nice to have:
- Real estate or interiors content experience
- Editing in CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut
- Own gear (gimbal, mics, lighting)
Pay: $26 / hour (1099 contract)
