About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our high-tech manufacturing environment. You will balance hands-on technical repairs with administrative oversight, directly impacting our production uptime and facility safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs, installations, and routine upkeep of critical industrial facility infrastructure.

Drive the development and optimization of preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.

Collaborate with production leadership to synchronize maintenance schedules with manufacturing requirements.

Oversee on-site contractors, ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards while fostering productive partnerships.

Manage departmental inventory, including the procurement of essential supplies and spare parts.

Maintain rigorous documentation for all maintenance activities, work orders, and safety inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives to promote continuous improvement and legal adherence.

Perform technical troubleshooting on automated systems using engineering specifications, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.

Proven expertise in maintaining CNC equipment, servo drives, and automated machinery.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

Competence in performing electrical calculations and operating a variety of power and hand tools.

Experience operating aerial lifts and PIV equipment such as forklifts.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience utilizing SAP for maintenance and inventory management.

Demonstrated success in service coordination and vendor scheduling.

Strong background in facility-wide safety compliance and HSE reporting.
