Job Summary
Operate a personal sized sushi station and perform tasks involving proper hygiene and artisanal work producing sushi and sashimi.
Qualifications
- Experience with slicing sashimi grade cuts of fish, presentation, and making rolls/sushi by hand.
- Proper hygiene etiquette in the kitchen.
- Ability to work with others in a kitchen environment.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
