Brightside Windows is building our Minneapolis-area outreach team and looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to help new team members succeed.
What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners throughout local residential neighborhoods
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our window solutions
- Generate interest and schedule consultations
- Track your daily activity and appointments
- Work toward individual and team goals
This is an outdoor, field-based canvassing role involving walking and face-to-face conversations.
