Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Full Time Lead Pick up and Delivery Shopper to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate grocery pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You’ll be the key point of contact for managing shopping routes, communicating with customers, and leading a team of fellow shoppers. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily shopping operations, ensuring all orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
- Manage delivery routes using mobile devices to optimize time and resources.
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone or messaging to confirm order details and provide updates.
- Supervise a team of shoppers, providing guidance and support to meet performance goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse distribution area to support smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during shopping, loading, and delivery processes.
- Assist in training new team members on store procedures, customer service standards, and mobile device usage.
Experience
- Prior experience in driving, food service, or grocery store environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with mobile devices used for order management and route navigation.
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices helps streamline operations.
- Customer service experience is essential for handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
