We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a detail-oriented environment. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, claims support, billing inquires, and policy changes while helping maintain the high standards our office is known for.
$36,000 to start, with performance-based increases and monthly bonus opportunities
- Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- 2 weeks paid vacation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone and in person
- Assist with claims support and follow-up
- Handle basic policy changes and account servicing requests
- Answer client questions regarding policies and coverage
- Operate and manage a multi-line phone system professionally
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
Requirements
- Active property & casualty insurance license in North Dakota preferred or ability to obtain quickly
- Prior insurance experience preferred, prior fast-paced office experience required
- Ability to pass required background checks for licensing
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Patience, empathy, and conflict resolution ability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
