About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side law firm that is expanding its litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling cases hands-on and wants to continue building strong courtroom and negotiation skills in a high-impact environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from initial filing through resolution
- Develop litigation strategies and handle key aspects of the case lifecycle
- Conduct and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and assist with trial preparation
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
- Evaluate case value, liability, and damages to support settlement discussions
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to move cases efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
- Licensed to practice law in Texas (active and in good standing)
- Experience with depositions, negotiations, and case management
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess case strategy
- Comfortable handling a steady caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client management skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to trial work or courtroom proceedings
- Background in plaintiff-side personal injury law
- Experience working with insurance carriers and settlement negotiations
