Overview:
· SAP AR experience required
· Ship & Debit (Rebate Deviated Pricing) experience
· Incentives (program/marketing allowances) experience
· Collections experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Confident engaging with customers through phone conversations
· Intermediate level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
· Familiarity with electronic transaction methods with customers, including EDI 844/849
· Own end to end follow-up for unresolved disputes, including SAP payback maintenance
Education:
Degree is a plus but not required, will consider candidates with work experience.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
