We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products, operate production equipment, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Job Title: Production Assembly Associate
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr. - $18.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Safely use hand tools and other assembly equipment.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written work instructions is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
