We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist to join our outpatient private practice on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for clinicians who have completed a master's degree and are working toward LMFT or LPC licensure. Preference will be given to clinicians pursuing LMFT licensure or those with a strong systemic orientation.
Our practice specializes in couples therapy while also providing services to individuals and families. We are committed to helping clinicians grow through quality supervision, mentorship, and a collaborative practice environment.
Position Details
- Part-time, in-person outpatient therapist
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Flexible scheduling—you create your own schedule within available office hours

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
- Complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation.
- Participate in individual clinical supervision.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with the practice owner and referral sources as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required:
- Completed master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Working toward Pennsylvania LMFT or LPC licensure.
- Eligible to practice under clinical supervision in Pennsylvania.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while seeking consultation and supervision as needed.
Preferred:
- Clinicians pursuing LMFT licensure.
- Graduate of a COAMFTE-accredited Marriage and Family Therapy program.
- Experience or strong interest in working with couples and families.
- A systemic, relational approach to therapy regardless of licensure track.
