Role Objective:
Ensure all events, member communication, backend systems, social media and inbound communication run smoothly and consistently without oversight.
Core Responsibilities
Member Support & Cancellations
- Work at Front Desk to greet guests
- Handle all membership cancellations
- Respond to member questions related to accounts and billing
- Keep communication clear, timely, and professional
- Monitor and respond to the info email address in a timely manner
- Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered professionally and efficiently
- Forward or escalate urgent issues to management when necessary
- Keep communication organized and follow up on unresolved conversations
PodPlay (POS) Management
- Review all events in PodPlay to ensure they are set up correctly with accurate details
- Troubleshoot basic issues (registrations, visibility, login/app questions)
- Assist members with any PodPlay-related questions
- Escalate complex issues
Canva Graphics
- Create simple, clean graphics for events and promotions
- Follow brand style guidelines
- Complete graphics within 48 hours
Event Creation + Promotion + Social Media + Google
- Create all Facebook Events with accurate details
- Copy event descriptions from PodPlay
- Post events to Facebook Page and relevant groups
- Post community photos and coach videos to Instagram and Facebook 3x per week
- Ensure all links, times, graphics, and details are correct
- Ensure graphics and captions are aligned and on-brand
- Monitor Google Maps
- Monitor and post to TikTok
- Monitor comments and messages related to events and respond accordingly
Success Looks Like
- Events are always live, accurate, and promoted consistently
- Facebook, Instagram, Google, and email communication stay active and updated
- Member requests and inbound emails are handled quickly and professionally
- Backend systems run smoothly with minimal oversight
- Communication remains organized, proactive, and professional
Weekly Expectations
- Check tasks consistently
- Complete assigned work on time
- Monitor and respond to the info email inbox
- Communicate what has been completed and what is still in progress
- Flag issues, concerns, or missing information proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
- Valid FBI Fingerprint Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and PA Child Abuse Clearance, or ability to obtain them.
- Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for customer service and community.
- Prior experience in hospitality, fitness, recreation, or front desk roles preferred.
- Prior pickleball experience and understanding of the sport preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms with expertise and previous experience in a business environment
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems (training provided).
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of or interest in pickleball is a plus (we’ll teach you if you’re new!).
