Duties
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and safety standards
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Support kitchen operations by handling food safely, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety protocols
- Contribute to dining experiences by preparing specialized dishes and ensuring timely service
- Maintain proper food handling procedures, including storage, sanitation, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth food service operations and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal presentation and quality
Qualifications
- 1 year Previous experience in high volume kitchen
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with, meal preparation, and cleanliness standards.
- Strong kitchen skills including knife proficiency and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for delivering excellent food service in a fast-paced environment
