Master Technician – Commercial Truck Equipment Installer

All Out Custom Truck & Body is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our Fort Worth team. We build and upfit work trucks for utility companies, municipalities, contractors, and commercial fleets throughout Texas and the Southwest.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong mechanical background, and can complete high-quality installs with minimal supervision.
What You'll Be Working On
You'll install and troubleshoot a wide variety of commercial truck equipment, including:
- Service bodies
- Flatbeds
- Crane bodies
- Hydraulic cranes
- PTO systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Outriggers
- Air compressors
- Generators
- Welders
- Dump beds
- Landscape bodies
- Dry freight/box trucks
- Liftgates
- Lighting packages
- Toolboxes
- Ladder racks
- Electrical accessories
- Fleet equipment and custom upfits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial truck equipment installation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic systems and PTO installations
- Ability to read installation instructions and wiring diagrams
- MIG welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
