We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager who has already proven they can lead technicians, build strong customer relationships, and drive exceptional service performance.
This is not a typical management role. We are looking for a true HVAC leader—someone who understands the trade, knows how to develop people, and has the relationships, reputation, and industry connections to help grow a premier HVAC service organization.

We are specifically seeking a proven HVAC professional who brings an established "book of business"—existing HVAC industry accounts, customer relationships, and connections that can help accelerate growth from day one.

You will take ownership of a growing HVAC service organization with:
- Leadership responsibility for 19–25 HVAC service technicians

What You’ll OwnTeam Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 19–25 HVAC service technicians.
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Coach technicians on technical excellence, customer communication, and service performance.
- Recruit and help develop future HVAC leaders.
- Build a team that customers trust and employees are proud to be part of.
Service Department Performance
- Oversee daily service operations, scheduling efficiency, and technician productivity.
- Improve processes that increase customer satisfaction, revenue, and team performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, callbacks, memberships, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from the first call to final invoice.
- Establish consistent processes that allow the department to scale.
Customer Relationships & Business Growth
- Bring and develop your existing HVAC industry book of business.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, customers, and industry partners.
- Develop new opportunities through trust, reputation, and exceptional service.
- Strengthen partnerships with homeowners, builders, property managers, commercial accounts, and referral partners.
- Create long-term customer loyalty through professionalism and results.
The Person We’re Looking For
You are a proven HVAC professional who:
- Has 8+ years of residential HVAC experience.
- Has managed, supervised, or mentored HVAC technicians.
- Has a successful track record leading service teams.
- Understands service department operations from the ground up.
- Has an established book of business within the HVAC industry.
- Brings existing customer relationships, accounts, or industry connections.
- Knows how to motivate technicians and create accountability.
- Has strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.
- Can balance technical expertise with strategy and growth.
- Takes ownership and operates like a business partner.
