Parts Counterman
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 / hour
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience working in a parts department. This role requires an organized individual who can efficiently manage parts inventory and assist customers with their parts needs.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and ensure proper organization of the parts counter area.
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfill parts requirements.
- Utilize computer systems to track parts availability and order status.
- Assist with receiving and stocking parts shipments.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience working in a parts department preferred.
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
