Responsible for organizing and stocking the bars with major supplies and beverage products.

Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests.

Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par.

Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed.

Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
-
Stocks main coolers with all beverage products.
-
Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins.
-
Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment.

Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.

Requires heavy lifting.

Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.

Understands all PLCB regulations.

Abides by company and department specific appearance standards.

Performs additional duties as assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:

Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.

Must be RAMP certified. (must complete RAMP Certification during Company Training)

Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.

Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.

Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements
- 24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness meet the applicant’s schedules when needed.

Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.

Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.

Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

Ability to use near vision, see details at close range.

Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.

24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.

Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
