Job Overview
We handle Intermodal drayage work in the St. Louis area. We so work within roughly 250 mile radius, and we have work 6 / 7 days a week.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks with automatic and manual transmission.
- If you have a tanker or hazardous endorsement, we pay extra
- We use Motive for our ELD system
- We move 20, 40, and 53' Intermodal containers out of the St. Louis rails.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify truck safety, including checking refrigeration units, trailer connections, brakes, lights, and load security.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery statuses, or any incidents encountered on the road.
Experience
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial truck driving.
- St. Louis rail experience is preferred but now required
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
