Growing Hearts Childcare Agency is seeking an experienced, reliable nanny for a wonderful family in North Brunswick, NJ (Central Jersey).
Child: One active 2.5-year-old boy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–6:30 PM
35 hours/week with some flexibility on Fridays
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Trial day: Required prior to start date
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Long-term commitment preferred
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of childcare/nanny experience
- 2 professional references required
- CPR certification is a plus
- Seeking a caregiver that is Active!
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting — no driving the child required
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, engaging care for an active toddler
- Childcare routine including nap, snack, play, shower, and dinner
- Showering/bathing the child
- Preparing simple meals/snacks for the child — no cooking required mother will usually prep dinner.
- Light tidying related to the household, including maybe loading dishes and child’s laundry when needed
- No driving responsibilities

Severe weather: half-day pay provided
Family vacation: nanny will be paid for up to 7 calendar days when the family travels
Typical Afternoon:
Nanny arrives at 11:30 AM and completes any light household tasks as needed. Mom picks the child up from school. Once home, the child will have lunch, nap time, followed by snack, playtime, shower, and dinner is around 6:00–6:30 PM nanny will be let go around dinner time.
