Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Lancaster, Ohio

Job Summary:
Complete Filter Media, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Light Mechanical Maintenance Associate to support our manufacturing operations in Lancaster, Ohio. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment by cleaning equipment, facilities, and maintenance shop areas while assisting with light mechanical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean fiber, dust, oil, and grease from manufacturing equipment, ceilings, floors, overhead piping, conveyors, filters, and other designated areas using brushes, air hoses, vacuums, and related tools.
- Maintain clean, organized production and maintenance shop areas.
- Clean specific machine components according to established schedules.
- Safely move materials within the facility using powered industrial trucks (forklifts).
- Remove machine guards and covers as needed to access and clean interior components.
- Document and report completed work, irregularities, and ongoing needs to plant management.
- Follow all safety procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to team success by assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
Required Tools:
- Must provide own light-duty hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and similar items.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.
- Light mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of common hand tools.
- Familiarity with guard and cover removal for cleaning machine interiors is a plus.
- Ability to kneel, squat, reach, and perform physical tasks without limitation.
- Lockout/Tagout experience preferred.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing/warehouse environment with temperature variations, dust, and noise.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be issued and required as necessary.
