Position Summary
We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This is a flexible position ideal for clinicians who want autonomy while benefiting from a supportive, established practice. Sessions may be conducted in-office or via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with state licensure requirements
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and support staff for optimal patient care
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Qualifications
- Active Florida license as one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Must be in good standing with the Florida Board
« Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Telehealth experience is a plus
