Carepool is redefining transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities through technology and compassionate service. We are seeking a dependable Fleet Driver & On-Call Fleet Support team member to operate a Carepool-owned vehicle while supporting daily transportation operations and fleet readiness.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, is dependable, and is willing to be available to support operations after hours 6AM - 6PM when needed.
What You'll Do
- Drive a Carepool-owned vehicle to transport members safely and professionally.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicles.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with vehicle swaps, breakdowns, and operational support as needed.
- Participate in Carepool's on-call rotation.
On-Call Compensation
Employees assigned to on-call duty will receive the following stipend for being available to respond to operational needs:
- Monday–Thursday: $50 per day / Plus $15.00 per ride your called out to
- Friday–Sunday: $100 per night / Plus $15.00 per ride your called out to
If called in to perform work while on call, employees will be compensated for all hours worked in accordance with Carepool payroll policies and applicable wage and hour laws.
