Global Computer Sales is seeking a motivated and driven End-User Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing IT hardware and services deals with schools, enterprises, and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs).
This role focuses on developing direct customer relationships, selling IT hardware and services to end users, and driving new business through proactive outreach and account management. It also includes prospecting for ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) buyback opportunities. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, actively prospecting, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers across education, enterprise, and SMB accounts.
This role offers strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses in addition to base salary.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities while working toward established performance targets.
- Identify and develop new business within assigned segments (schools/education, enterprise, and SMB) and geographic territories.
- Actively prospect and engage decision-makers through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, messaging platforms, and in-person visits.
- Recommend hardware and services based on customer requirements, budgets, and purchasing goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing while maintaining consistent communication to build long-term business relationships.
- Meet with customers virtually or on-site to understand their technology needs and purchasing goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, product and service information, and issue resolution.
IT Hardware Sourcing & ITAD Buyback
- Prospect for IT hardware sourcing and ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) buyback opportunities, identifying customers looking to refresh, retire, or liquidate equipment.
- Evaluate equipment, gather specs and condition details, and work internally to determine buyback values.
- Present offers, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals to acquire hardware for resale.
- Coordinate logistics for pickup, data sanitization, and processing of acquired equipment.
Procurement & Account Development
- Coordinate with vendors and distribution partners to source, quote, and configure products for customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to support repeat purchases, refresh cycles, and renewals.
- Generate and manage quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders independently.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and suppliers to ensure competitive deals and strong margins.
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate order fulfillment, quality control, and timely delivery.
Account Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and deal records using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Manage daily schedules and prospecting activity to ensure consistent follow-up with leads and accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT hardware sales preferred.
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
- Comfortable making calls, sending outreach emails, and engaging prospects through messaging platforms.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM, Project Management Software, Seamless Ai, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of IT hardware products and market pricing trends is a plus.
- Existing relationships or book of business is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Sales training or relevant industry certifications are a plus
Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. Candidates must be comfortable meeting customers at various locations as part of their sales efforts.
This is an in-office position only; remote work is not available.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 – $90,000 per year
