Must-have requirements

Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to a 10 or 12-hour shift).

Reliable transportation to the Franklin facility.
Desirable requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Role

Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.

Accurately pick and pack food products using scanning technology.

Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
