B&N Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Sr. Design Engineer Responsibilities

Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects. Projects may include designs of wastewater collection system sewers, lift stations, force mains, treatment facilities, booster stations, and/or studies of wastewater and water systems

Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally

Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management

Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process

Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture

Maintain quality control of services and deliverables

Provide mentoring and training to younger staff.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program

Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Ohio.

10+ years of related water/wastewater experience
-
Self-motivated and adaptable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Project management experience a plus. Treatment process knowledge and experience is a plus

Hydraulic modeling of collection systems and/or distribution systems is a plus
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, and/or hydraulic modeling software is a plus
