Overview
We are seeking a skilled Handyman/construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be capable of performing a variety of home repairs, remodeling tasks, painting, and drywall work.
Duties
- Perform general home repairs.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Execute remodeling projects.
- Conduct painting and drywall work required to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all safety protocols are followed. during maintenance activities.
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with residential painting and drywall techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in all tasks.
