Job Summary:
The District Manager will develop district-level strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational, and customer-service goals while addressing each store’s unique strengths and challenges in sustainable ways. This supervisory position will lead a team of leaders. The responsibilities include motivating, coaching, and strengthening Shop Managers in their roles as team leaders, retail operators, and business owners. Additionally, the role involves serving as a resource, providing expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations, and company policies and procedures.
Daily Tasks and Projects:
- Collaborate with Shop Managers to develop, implement, and manage business plans for shop locations
- Maintain full responsibility for the financial performance directly related to their district's shop operations
- Assist Shop Managers in ensuring shops achieve WRC standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Continually evaluate and improve operating procedures to ensure fiscal, operational efficiencies, and asset control
- Ensure district shops adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance of all shops with health regulations and certifications
- Mentor Shop Managers to develop their skills and depth of talent
Job Qualifications:

- Leadership skills to motivate, teach and encourage coworkers
Required Education, Certification, or Experience:
- 3+ years in food service/ restaurant management
- 3+ years in a customer service environment
- Multi-unit management is preferred
- Undergraduate degree is preferred
- Ability to work full-time variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays
- Ability to visit each shop in your portfolio at least once a week with reliable transportation
- Cleared background check and drug testing
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Quarterly bonus based on overall shop performance
