Parkway Athletic Club in Carson City is seeking a motivated, friendly, and customer service driven Assistant Manager. If you enjoy working with people, leading by example, and helping create a welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position that requires evenings and weekends.
Duties:
- As the Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the club operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
- Manage the club's social media accounts by creating engaging content and promoting programs, events, and services.
- Help achieve monthly membership and retention goals by delivering outstanding service and supporting membership operations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate front desk and cleaning staff.
- Create and manage the front desk staff schedule, including coordinating shift changes and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Work with the Personal Training, Assisted Stretch, and Maintenance departments to ensure excellent communication, smooth operations, and a consistent member experience.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility.
- Represent Parkway Athletic Club at community events, health fairs, and vendor events to promote the club and build community relationships.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support daily operations and ensure the club runs smoothly.

Requirements

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
