As an Entry-Level Team Lead, you'll learn the ins and outs of our customer acquisition and leadership strategies while helping drive results for AT&T Fiber.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage directly with potential customers and educate them about AT&T Fiber services
- Build positive relationships through professional and friendly interactions
- Support daily team operations and assist with campaign execution
- Learn leadership, coaching, and team development techniques
- Help motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Track progress, report results, and contribute to team success
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Must be able to reliably commute to the Atlanta, GA area

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
