Job Description
EDC Transportation is looking for a Content & Marketing Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts and help grow our online presence.
This position combines social media management, content creation, video editing, and recruiting. You'll work closely with the owner to create content for EDC Transportation and Trucker Nation Media while helping promote the company and attract qualified drivers and mechanics.
This is an active position that includes both office work and time spent throughout our trucking operation capturing content.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Film and edit videos highlighting company operations, employees, equipment, and day-to-day activities
- Assist with filming and editing YouTube videos for Trucker Nation Media
- Create short-form content for social media
- Design and post recruiting advertisements for drivers and mechanics
- Manage online recruiting campaigns across multiple platforms
- Help maintain a consistent online presence for EDC Transportation
- Respond to applicants and assist with recruiting efforts
- Capture photos and videos for marketing materials
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
- Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable filming with a phone or camera
- Creative, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time position
- $15–18 per hour (based on experience)
