Azara is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives / Sales Associates to support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns across Long Beach.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, thrive in busy environments, and want to develop transferable skills in communication, sales, and customer relations.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing position where you’ll interact directly with customers at promotional events, retail pop-ups, and high-footfall campaign locations. Your role will involve providing excellent customer support while also helping customers understand available products, services, and promotional offers.
No two days feel exactly the same, making this role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the workday.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Support & Engagement
Speak with customers face-to-face, answer questions professionally, and create positive customer experiences.
Sales Support
Introduce customers to products, services, and promotions while helping drive sales performance and campaign goals.
Brand Representation
Represent client brands confidently and professionally during all customer interactions.
Problem Solving
Assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure concerns are handled efficiently.
Campaign Assistance
Support the setup and smooth operation of promotional events and retail activations.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues and team leaders to maintain strong performance and customer satisfaction.
