What We’re Looking For:

Electrical Utility Safety Substation Experience: minimum of 3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of electrical utility transmission systems, safety protocols, and regulations.

Field Operations Expertise: direct experience working in substation construction projects involving power transmission with high voltages.
*
*
Leadership and Mentorship: the ability to guide, mentor, and develop safety teams, fostering a culture of safety excellence.

Certifications: COSS, CHST, COSM, ASP, CUSP, or equivalent certifications based on the level of the role.
What We Offer:

Compensation of $44 to $48 an hour, 50 to 60 hours a week
*
Mobilization and Demob: Food, Lodging, Mileage for ST travel paid, Per diem offered, GSA (7 days)

40 Hours PTO after one year of work
