Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent & Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check-in experience for all visitors. This dual role combines the responsibilities of providing exceptional customer service at the front desk with overseeing daily operations to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Your leadership will set the tone for hospitality excellence, guest relations, and smooth hotel operations.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering outstanding guest service.
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training on customer service standards, hotel procedures, and guest relations.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing guest complaints or issues with tact and resolution skills.
- Oversee hotel management tasks such as managing guest accounts and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Foster a hospitable environment by building rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
