BrightStar Care of Spanish Fort is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one home health therapy throughout Mobile and the Eastern Shore area.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
- Complete evaluations and treatment visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Focus on mobility, gait training, balance, and strengthening exercises
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Alabama Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 1+ year of PT experience preferred
