ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Charleston Clean Routine is building a network of experienced, independently established cleaning providers serving homes, apartments, condos, townhomes, and vacation rentals throughout the Charleston area.
This is an independent contractor opportunity—not a W-2 employee position. Approved providers may review available cleaning assignments and decide which assignments they wish to accept based on their own availability, service area, and business capacity. No minimum number of assignments or earnings is guaranteed.

Charleston Clean Routine provides thoughtful, professional cleaning throughout the Charleston area. Services include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, vacation-rental turnovers, Refresh & Reset visits, and Guest-Ready Turndown service.
Our approach combines clear expectations, dependable care, and meticulous attention to detail. Every full cleaning concludes with The Charleston Finish—a final quality check and carefully presented space designed to feel calm, refreshed, and ready to enjoy.

INDEPENDENT PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP
Approved providers operate as independent contractors and not as employees of Charleston Clean Routine. Providers:
* Choose whether to accept or decline each available assignment
* Determine their own availability
* May provide services for other businesses and customers
* Control the manner and methods used to complete accepted work, subject to the customer’s agreed scope, property requirements, safety standards, and expected result
* Provide their own cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
* Maintain their own business and liability insurance
* Are responsible for their own operating expenses, licenses, permits, registrations, and taxes
* Use Charleston Clean Routine’s software to review accepted assignments, scheduling information, service details, and completion reporting
* Do not receive employee benefits, paid leave, overtime, unemployment benefits, or guaranteed hours from Charleston Clean Routine
COMPENSATION
We offer flexible, assignment-based compensation. Rates are calculated based on the specific type of job and the service area, with the total compensation and scope of work clearly disclosed for your review before you choose to accept any assignment.
Assignment duration, property layout, service type, and requested scope may affect the total offered amount. Providers are free to accept or decline an assignment before committing to it. There are no unpaid mandatory shifts or guaranteed minimum earnings.
PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
For every assignment accepted, the provider agrees to:
* Review the service scope and property information before arrival
* Arrive within the accepted service window
* Complete the agreed cleaning scope professionally
* Use appropriate products, tools, and cleaning methods
* Protect the customer’s home, furnishings, and personal property
* Maintain professional and respectful communication
* Complete a final quality review of the agreed results
* Report completion, concerns, damage, maintenance issues, or access problems through the designated software
* Maintain customer confidentiality and safeguard property information
* Follow applicable laws, safety requirements, and the written independent contractor service agreement

Qualified applicants may be invited to discuss the independent provider relationship, complete screening requirements, provide documentation, and review the written independent contractor service agreement.
