Position Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as a Holster Assembler. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling products using specialized tools and methods, ensuring each product meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders and product specifications
- Assemble holsters and accessories using hand tools, small machinery, and custom fixturing.
- Operate tools and equipment such as manual screwdrivers, battery power drill drivers, and customized heaters.
- Perform quality control inspections of completed work to ensure precise fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work with your hands and stand for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Comfortable using small tools and operating machinery
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong work ethic with pride in craftsmanship
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience in custom manufacturing or product assembly
- Familiarity with tactical or firearms equipment
