Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices across multiple specialties such as internal medicine, family medicine, occupational medicine, and sports medicine.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical imaging tools to document findings, track patient progress, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform diagnostic procedures including lab tests, imaging interpretations (such as CT scans or radiology), and minor surgical interventions when necessary.
- Provide patient education on health management, preventive care, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with specialists for complex cases requiring advanced interventions like catheterization, neurocritical care, or perioperative management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical records to uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Post-residency experience in a clinical setting demonstrating proficiency across multiple disciplines including emergency medicine, inpatient care, and outpatient services.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare diagnosis techniques, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Familiarity with diagnostic radiology procedures, medical imaging interpretation, and advanced clinical research methodologies.
- Strong communication skills paired with a compassionate approach to patient care and team collaboration.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations involving airway management, trauma medicine, or acute pain management effectively.
- Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or specialty-specific credentials are preferred but not mandatory.
