Key Functions as an Entry-Level Representative :
- Support team activities and sales goals by leading with the example as an Entry Level Representative.
- Stay actively involved in customer interactions that contribute to sales performance.
- Help keep the team aligned with daily goals and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to teammates when needed.
- Monitor progress and help identify areas where sales performance can improve.
- Maintain consistency in communication and execution as an Entry Level Representative
Credentials as an Entry-Level Representative :
- Confidence communicating in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.
- Natural leadership tendencies or a desire to grow into an Entry Level Representative, and the sales industry.
- Ability to stay organized while balancing team support and sales responsibilities.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative as an Entry Level Representative.
