TLC on green oaks is looking for experienced childcare teachers
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA *
- Proven track record of caring and nurturing children to provide them with a great start to their educational careers
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliability
- Stress tolerance
- Cpr & First Aid ,TB test results, training records.
Job Responsibilities:
- providing educational activities from a given curriculum
- observe and monitor children play activities
- instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting and toilet habits
- read to children and teach them simple painting, drawing handcrafts and songs
- organize and participate in recreational activities such as games
- assist in serving meals and refreshments to children and regulate rest periods
- organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas
- sanitize and prepare classrooms for next day
- change diapers and dress children
- assist children with homework and school work
- performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
