We’re hiring Local CDL-A Dry Bulk Drivers to operate in and around the Little Rock, AR area with routes that offer daily home time. BTC provides experienced drivers with comprehensive onboarding covering all aspects of the position, including loading and unloading procedures, safety requirements, equipment operation, and required inspections
CDL-A Truck Drivers Enjoy:
- Home daily
- NEW Pay Increase! $52,000 - $60,000/year – average $1,000–$1,145/week
- $25.00 per hour
- Bonuses and Incentives:
- Up to $1,500 annual safety bonus program
- $1,500 referral bonus ($750 when seated + $750 after 90 days)
- $200 orientation pay
- Must be available to work occasional Saturday
- Well-maintained trucks: Primarily Mack trucks - mid-roof day cabs and sleepers

Pay Range: 52000.00-60000.00 per_year, General Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements:
- TWIC required
- Minimum of 6 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience or 12 months of verifiable experience within the past 3 years
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Valid CDL-A
- DOT qualified
- Must pass a comprehensive drug test
- Satisfactory safety and employment history
