If you've spent your career in outside sales, B2B, medical device, insurance, real estate, pharma, staffing, anything where you had to hunt, build relationships, and close, you already have the hardest skill this job requires. What you don't have yet is the senior care/ home care industry. We'll train you on that.

Every referral you close is a senior who stays in their own home instead of moving into a facility. Every relationship you build with a discharge planner or a physician is a door that stays open for families at the scariest moment of their lives. You'll still hunt. You'll still close. But you'll know exactly who's on the other side of every deal.
Home Instead is hiring a Home Care Consultant to build referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and physicians across the Twin Cities.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience, any industry
- A proven ability to open doors, build trust, and close
- Confidence presenting one on one and to groups of healthcare professionals
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21+, pass a background check and drug screen
- Able to work from our Maplewood office
What You'll Own:
- Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, assisted living and independent living communities, rehab centers, hospice and home health agencies
- Run the full sales cycle from first introduction to closed referral
- Present Home Instead's services in 1:1 meetings and formal group presentations to referral providers
- Manage and grow a database of qualified referral partners
- Directly drive market share growth across the Twin Cities, one relationship, one senior, one family at a time
