Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior to join our team. This role requires a strong foundation in public accounting to manage outsourced accounting functions for multiple clients simultaneously. You will serve as a trusted advisor, overseeing financial reporting and streamlined accounting workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Set up, optimize, and manage cloud accounting systems and integrations.

Perform complex bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing procedures.

Advise clients on cash flow management, budgeting, and financial KPIs.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with mandatory public accounting or multi-client management experience.

Proficiency with cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct.

Strong communication skills to directly consult and interface with business owners.
