Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Guest Service Agent for our 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM or 11 PM-9 AM). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing top-notch service, and keeping things running smoothly overnight.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and reservations
- Process payments accurately
- Complete various paper work
- Perform Night Audit tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours
- Perform breakfast setup
- Perform light cleaning as needed
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management
- Resolve guest issues calmly and courteously
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell when appropriate
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and friendly personality
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently for an 8-hour shift
- Must be available for holidays and weekends as needed
