Duties
- Perform a variety of facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and hydration tailored to individual skin types and concerns
- Utilize advanced esthetic laser treatments to address skin issues such as pigmentation, scars, or fine lines when qualified
- Conduct body waxing services with precision and care to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
- Apply eyelash extensions and makeup applications to enhance clients’ natural beauty for special occasions or everyday wear
- Provide deep tissue massage sessions to promote relaxation and muscle relief as part of comprehensive skincare routines
- Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, and recommended products for optimal results
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting treatment areas, and adhering to health regulations at all times
- Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products based on client needs while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with comprehensive training in facial treatments and skincare techniques
- Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and product recommendations
- Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that builds client loyalty
- Retail sales experience to confidently promote products that complement treatments and meet client needs
