Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends during weather events, production deadlines, or urgent customer needs.
Work Location: Field-based throughout Charleston, Columbia, and surrounding South Carolina markets.
As our Roofing Production Manager, you'll manage projects from pre-construction through final completion. You'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, homeowners, suppliers, inspectors, and office staff while protecting quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
This is a field-based leadership role requiring travel throughout the Charleston and Columbia markets as business needs require.

Oversee residential roofing production across the Charleston and Columbia markets.

Schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, dumpsters, and permits.

Review job files, contracts, estimates, measurements, supplements, and scopes before production begins.

Coordinate daily with homeowners, office staff, sales representatives, vendors, and subcontractors.

Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, cleanliness, and production progress.

Resolve production challenges before they become customer issues or schedule delays.

Track job progress, documentation, photos, change orders, and production updates within company systems.

Manage warranty work, callbacks, punch lists, supplements, and final job closeout.

Help improve scheduling, production workflows, quality control, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership and knows how to keep multiple roofing projects moving without sacrificing quality.
3+ years of roofing production, construction supervision, or project management experience.-
Experience managing roofing crews, subcontractors, scheduling, materials, and job profitability.

Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, insurance restoration projects, and quality control.

Excellent communication skills with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Charleston and Columbia as needed.
